1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AFOLIZAM ("the Service") at https://afolizam.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including business owners and their customers.

2. Description of Service

AFOLIZAM is an AI-powered review management platform that helps businesses collect genuine customer reviews for Google My Business profiles. The Service includes:

• AI-assisted review generation based on customer input
• Star Gate review filtering system
• Business analytics and reporting dashboard
• GMB audit, post generator, and keyword tools
• QR code generation and sharing tools

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use AFOLIZAM only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Generate fake or misleading reviews not based on real customer experiences
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm any individual or business
• Attempt to manipulate Google's review system in violation of Google's policies
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of our platform without permission
• Use automated bots or scrapers on our platform

4. Google's Review Policies

Our platform is designed to help customers express their genuine experiences more easily. However, you (the business owner) are solely responsible for ensuring all reviews collected through our platform comply with Google's review policies. We are not responsible for any action Google takes on your GMB profile.

Key Google policies you must follow:

• Only real customers who have actually visited/used your business should post reviews
• Do not incentivize customers with discounts, gifts, or money to post reviews
• Do not post reviews on behalf of customers

5. Subscription & Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Razorpay
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Downgrading or cancelling your plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Free Trial

New users may receive a 14-day free trial of paid features. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period, your account automatically moves to the Free plan unless you upgrade.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and intellectual property on AFOLIZAM is owned by Afolizam. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

AI-generated review content produced through our platform for your customers becomes your property. You are responsible for how it is used.

8. Limitation of Liability

AFOLIZAM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any changes Google makes to its review platform or policies
• Removal of reviews by Google for any reason
• Loss of business or revenue due to review outcomes
• Service downtime, data loss, or technical failures beyond our control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings or by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notification for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
