Eligible for Refund

β Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made after 24 hours of purchase
- Monthly plan renewals (we send reminder emails before renewal)
- Downgrade requests mid-billing cycle β service continues till period end
- Account suspended due to Terms of Service violation
- Dissatisfaction with AI review quality (we recommend using the free trial first)
- Google removing reviews from your GMB profile (outside our control)
- Change of mind after actively using the service

π How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at support@afolizam.com with subject: "Refund Request - [Your Account Email]"
- Include your registered email, invoice number, and reason for refund
- Attach any screenshots or evidence if applicable
We will respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay.
π Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from:
- Dashboard β Billing β Cancel Subscription
- Or by emailing support@afolizam.com
After cancellation:
- Your account continues with paid features until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account moves to the Free plan after the period ends
- Your data is retained for 30 days after which you can request deletion
